Verified needs only

One real need.
One person.
Photo proof.

Rulder finds people who need something specific — a month of groceries, emergency shelter, medicine — verifies the situation on the ground, and lets one person cover it outright. You see a photo when it arrives.

Every need is checked by our field team before it appears. No pooled funds, no open-ended campaigns.

How it works

From a real situation to a photo of the delivery

Four steps, and you can see exactly where your money sits at every one of them.

1

Someone reports a need

Anyone can report a person or family who needs something specific. Reporters pay a small fee, which keeps reports genuine.

2

Our field team verifies it

We check the situation on the ground before it is ever shown in the app. Unverified reports never become fundable.

3

One person covers it

No pooled fundraising. A single Rulder pays the full cost of that need, plus a transparent service fee.

4

You get proof of delivery

We source it, deliver it, and upload a photo. Your donation only counts as complete once delivery is verified.

Why you can trust it

Built so you can check our work

Most giving asks you to take it on faith. Rulder is designed to be audited by the person paying.

Verified before listing

Every need is reviewed by our team against the reporter’s photo and location before it can be funded.

Photo proof of delivery

A delivery is not finished until a photo is uploaded and verified. You see it in your donation history.

Itemised, every time

You always see what reaches the person and what our 20% service fee is, before you pay.

A delivery window

Each category carries a delivery promise — and we track it, so a late delivery is visible rather than silent.

An invoice for every payment

Because this is a service, not a donation, you get a proper itemised invoice you can download.

Beneficiary dignity

Faces can be blurred, images of minors are restricted, and people can ask for their photo to be removed.

Rulder is not a charity — and says so up front

Citzo Enterprises LLC is a for-profit company. When you fund a need you are buying a sourcing-and-delivery service, not making a tax-deductible donation. We show you the itemised cost before payment and state this plainly in the app. Read the full disclosure →

Recognition

Ten donor tiers

Your lifetime verified giving moves you up a tier. Nothing is unlocked by paying more — it is simply a record of delivered help.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Is my payment a tax-deductible donation?

No. Citzo Enterprises LLC is a for-profit company and Rulder is a commercial service, so payments are not tax-deductible in any jurisdiction. You receive an itemised invoice for services rendered instead.

Where does my money actually go?

Each need has a base cost intended to genuinely cover it. You pay that plus a 20% service fee. Only the service fee is company revenue; the base cost is allocated to sourcing and delivering that specific need. Both figures are shown before you pay.

What if the delivery never happens?

A donation is only marked complete once delivery is verified with a photo. If a need is not delivered within its stated window, contact support — the Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out when a refund applies.

Can I choose who I help?

Yes. You browse verified needs by category, see the delivery window and the full cost, and choose the one you want to cover. One person covers one need in full.

How do you protect the people being helped?

Reports are verified before listing, faces can be blurred, images involving minors are restricted, and any beneficiary can ask for their image to be removed. The Media & Consent Policy covers this in detail.

What will you email me?

Only what your own actions produce: address verification at signup, password resets you ask for, receipts and invoices, delivery and proof-of-delivery notices, and refund confirmations. Optional product updates are off unless you switch them on, and carry a one-click unsubscribe. We never buy or import mailing lists. See what we send and how to stop it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → the ⋮ menu → Delete my account. You can also request deletion here. Payment records are retained without your name where accounting and tax rules require it.

Cover one real need

Pick someone whose situation has been checked, pay once, and watch it through to a photo of the delivery.
